Returns

• You may return any unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• To initiate a return, please email us at support@example.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or customized products
• Gift cards
• Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

Refund

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund after the stated period, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@example.com.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.

Shipping Cost

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
